We had a comfy bedroom. The staff where both very helpful and polite. The location of the hotel was very central, adjacent to all the pubs and shops, and the town centre, and all the pubs and shops. The venue was also within a 20-minute walk from Bispham Parish Church.

I think the hotel was lovely cosy and absolutely fantastic, would stay here again. I thoroughly enjoyed the place, it was spotlessly clean & the staff were excellent and top-class. I booked family queen room with the bedroom, a 4 poster bed and electric kettle. An electric kettle and a fridge were available too. The location of the property was particularly good, near the bus station.

Appreciated my enjoyable stay at nights. The food was gorgeous, with a good choice of options. The hotel has excellent location just off close to town beach, town and sea front and the harbour. Found time to see Water of Leith Walkway, that's at a medium distance from the property.
Some of the staff were a bit rude.

100% recommend this place and would love to go back. Everything here was fine, and the weather was warm, truly enjoyed it. The staff was amiable and the room was brand-new, ideal. Truly enjoyed our stay thanks to extremely helpful and excellent staff of this hotel. We felt at home in QUIET Happy Days. We really enjoyed the fact that there were a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a seating area and ironing facilities in the room. When we arrived the owner was friendly. The hotel is ideally situated in the centre of the city. Moreover, bridlington sea front was 15 minutes' walk away.
